Overview:
The core mission of the LTL Department Warehouse Worker is to handle larger shipments that require palletization and other steps before shipping with various freight carriers.
We frequently prepare orders for Amazon fulfillment centers and other distributors for several of our clients, including overseas and foreign shipments.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Picking large orders for palletized shipment.
Verification of orders for shipment.
Preparing orders on pallets according to Amazon and client specifications.
Coordinating order and BOL information accurately to ensure proper shipment.
Loading orders on specified carrier trailers for shipment.
Various other duties required for warehouse operations such as put away, relocation, and cycle counting.
Use various spreadsheets for data sharing.
Qualifications:
Qualifications/Education Requirements:
Attention to detail is a must for this position.
Warehouse picking experience.
Self-Motivation.
Positive attitude.
Must have excellent attendence record.
Desired Characteristics:
Basic knowledge/experience in a warehouse/manufacturer environment preferred.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Self-motivated and goal oriented - personally and professionally.
Ability to work harmoniously and add value within a diverse team.
Be willing to learn our world-class warehouse management system.
Ability to trouble shoot problems and correct with fact-based solutions.
Familiarity with excel and other spreadsheets.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to access and navigate within each department at the Red Stag's facilities.
Must be able to work in the Red Stag's facilities including continuous time moving, regular handling of stock up to 50 pounds (utilizing team lifting assistance with heavier items), reaching, bending, carrying, etc.
Constantly works in an environment where the indoor/outdoor temperatures may fluctuate based on seasonality.
